Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service govern your use of PropScout JP (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these terms.
2. Account
You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information and for all activities under your account. We are not liable for unauthorized access to your account.
3. Paid Plans & Billing
Payments are processed through Stripe Inc. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the next billing date. You can cancel from your account settings. After cancellation, you retain access to paid features until the end of the current billing period.
4. Report Purchases
Reports (PDF, CSV, and other digital content) are one-time purchases and are non-refundable after delivery. Downloaded data is for personal use only; redistribution and commercial use are prohibited.
5. Prohibited Activities
The following are prohibited: (1) unauthorized redistribution or commercial use of Service data, (2) scraping or automated data collection, (3) actions that disturb other users, (4) violation of applicable laws, (5) unauthorized access to Service systems.
6. Disclaimer
Information provided by the Service is based on public data from MLIT and other sources and is for reference only. It does not constitute investment advice. Investment decisions are made at your own risk. We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of the data.
7. Service Modifications
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without prior notice. We are not liable for any damages resulting from such changes.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms as needed. Updated terms take effect upon posting on the Service.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court.
